The process of lowering the glasses in the usual scheme is performed using the keys in the TC cabin, that is, during the power supply to the engine. Under the presence of BS, this connection is broken and the pulse through the buttons is first fed to the closer, and then the signal goes to the electric motor. You unscrew the screws or bolts that are fixed by the device body, weakening the chip and dismantle it. As practice is evidenced, most of the mechanisms of Chinese manufacture are equipped with very weak switches. Consequently, when disassembling, you can see traces of burning. In this case, the only way out is the installation of two relays to each key with a working current for ten amps, the relay contacts should be open.

The cause of the problem most often lies in bad contact. And if the contact is really disturbed, you can solve the problem with soldering. By the way, sometimes it is not so easy to notice the violation of the contacts - it is possible that it will take a magnifying glass. Contacts should be soldered using tin or canifold flux. After soldering, handle the contacts with alcohol, and dry the board.

Next, spend visual inspection of the connector itself. To work, it is necessary that the connector does not have dirt, garbage and oxidation. In the presence of the specified better replace the output. Of course, you can try to clear the element, but this option will only only briefly solve the problem. Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery and attach the required contacts to all conclusions. If possible, adjust the contacts of the plate on the connector, which will make it possible to improve the connection between them. As practice shows, in some cases it makes it possible to fully restore the performance of the node without additional manipulations.

If the chip and all switches look quite normal, but the actions described above do not allow to solve the problem, most likely, the device connector is not subject to repair. The only output in this case is to replace the connector.
