Where are the special marks in the driver's license

Driving certificates issued in 2017, simultaneously contain two sections "Special marks", which are on the opposite side of the document:

Marks to this category (E) give the right to manage the relevant transport:

• "D" - articulated bus.

Combinations make it possible to simultaneously control the transport of two subcategories. For example, the E-BD mark makes it possible to control as a passenger vehicle with a trailer with a weight of more than 1000 kilograms, as well as the articulated bus, but it prohibits the control of the machine with a trailer or a semi-trailer, which has no less than two axes with a distance between them more than one meter.

Points are required, lenses are mandatory or points and lenses are required

Such a mark has drivers with vision deviations. At the same time, the mark may look like "lenses are mandatory" or as "points are mandatory". Consequently, in the first situation, it is necessary to preserve contact lenses, and in the second - glasses. The mark "Points or lenses is mandatory" gives certain freedom of action, since it allows you to drive transport both in the lenses and in glasses.

Manual control

This mark is also installed for motorists who have health deviations. It means the need for the availability of special manual transport management. In this situation, under the manual control, it is not referred to as the wheel of a vehicle, but special devices that duplicate or replace the pedals of the car.

Blood type

This mark is due to the rules for passing qualifying exams. Although the driver cannot change his blood group, perhaps such a mark will be able to save him life in a dangerous situation.
