Replacing clutch drive cable, detailed, phased job

1. First of all, we remove the wiper in the car.
2. Next you need to weaken the lock nut, as well as the adjustment nut of the clutch.
   
3. Then, on the clutch shutdown plug, we take a rush of the cable.
   
4. Now you need to move the cover in the lower tip of the cable shell, then unscrew the mounting nut on the tip towards the bracket. At the same time, using the second key it is necessary to hold the tip from scrolling.

• We put the car on a flat platform on the parking brake and remove the "minus" terminal with the battery.

• At its end there are two nuts. The first of them should be significantly unscrewed, and the second - tweak to the required free pedal stroke (about 120 and 130 millimeters). When weakening the nut, the pedal stroke increases, and when twisting, it decreases.

• Next, squeeze the clutch pedal until it stops three or four times and let go. After that, once again we make a check distance of the clutch pedal using a ruler.
• If necessary, again adjust the nut the drive of the drive stroke, after which we tighten the locknut back to the stop.
